THE OBJECTIVE
As demand for sustainable and cost-effective manufacturing practices grew, Pukka sought to enhance its operational efficiency in garment cutting—a critical yet resource-intensive part of the production process. Collaborating with our team, Pukka embarked on a journey to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into its operations, aiming to revolutionize the cutting order planning process. To stay competitive and meet sustainability goals, Pukka needed an intelligent, scalable solution to optimize its cutting operations.

To address these challenges, we developed a multi-phase approach:
